Biography
Emily is a Principal Lawyer at Page Seager, specialising in employment and industrial law. She advises employers across the health, government, education, financial services and religious sectors on discrimination, harassment, termination, and the management of complex employee issues.
As Chair of the Law Society of Tasmania’s Employment, Diversity and Inclusion Committee and a board member of Lifeline Tasmania, Emily brings both legal insight and a trauma-informed approach to workplace wellbeing. She has supported dozens of organisations in navigating medicinal cannabis issues—from policy development to legal risk management — making her a trusted voice on this emerging challenge. Her advice is practical, strategic and grounded in real-world experience.
