Dr. Gemma Munro is a transformative and award-winning speaker, facilitator and coach, with a PhD in performance psychology and a knack of creating rapid, measurable and joyful transformation. She is known for igniting the courage and clarity to lead with joy and spark real change.  

Having inspired over 77,000 people worldwide, Gemma has spoken to global and national audiences at organisations such as Google, Amazon, Qantas, Vodafone, PayPal, and the NHS in London. Her keynote at Google’s Silicon Valley headquarters was live-streamed to every Google office worldwide. She is a recipient of the Duncan Trust Prize for speaking and a two-time Telstra Businesswoman of the Year finalist. 

As a classically trained singer, Gemma has performed in Westminster Abbey, Radio City Music Hall and, somewhat heart-stoppingly, to 53,000 screaming fans as a backing vocalist for the Rolling Stones. Gemma founded Inkling Women, a respected initiative across Australia, Asia, and the UK dedicated to increasing female representation in leadership. Prior to this, she was a serious management consultant and a recovering academic, having completed her PhD at an impressionable age.
