Aisling Smith is an international keynote speaker, award-winning NeuroInclusion trainer, and founder of NeuroEmpowerment. With 15 years of global experience, she works with leading organisations to redesign their systems and unlock the full potential of neurodivergent employees.  

Drawing on her own lived experience as a late-diagnosed Autistic and ADHD professional, Aisling combines real-world insight with deep expertise in workplace enablement, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and behavioural neuroscience.
