Christopher Organ is the Managing Director of The Culture Factor Group’s Australasia office. He advises boards, executives and expatriate leaders on aligning culture with enterprise strategy and navigating cross-cultural complexity, helping to enter new markets, lead across borders and reconfigure business work practices.   

With qualifications in psychology, organisation design, and program management, Chris brings over 25 years of international experience in business transformation and innovation across sectors including technology, government, defence, medical devices, logistics, and financial services. 

Chris is certified in The Culture Factor Group’s intercultural and organisational culture frameworks and is a member The Culture Factor’s AI research and development team — bringing a future-focused lens to culture analytics.
