Dr. Judy Lundy is a lecturer in the School of Business and Law at Edith Cowan University, where she is part of the Mental Awareness, Respect and Safety Research Centre. She has built a long-standing career across the education, consulting, and hospitality sectors, and has taught in leading business schools in four countries.

Judy’s primary research focus is Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). She led the development of the ECU D&I Capability Maturity Model, which has been successfully piloted in organisations across two different sectors. With over 20 years in consulting, Judy has worked across a wide range of industries, gaining deep insight into complex workplace challenges.

She is passionate about building adaptive and inclusive workplaces through the development of inclusive leadership and practices. Judy holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle, an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of New England, and a Bachelor of Adult Education from the University of Canberra.
