Free AHRI webinars: We will simply record your cancellation.
AHRI webinars are another avenue for our members to earn 1 CPD point (per hour) and all participants are provided with the webinar presentation for future reference. For webinars that are hosted externally, you will need to self-record CPD points.
For webinars hosted by AHRI, members who pre-register and attend will have their CPD record updated automatically after the webinar. For webinars hosted externally, you will need to self-record your CPD points.
Many AHRI Webinars are member-only events. Only current financial AHRI members can attend member only AHRI Webinars. Non-members are invited to attend some AHRI Webinars for a small fee.
Most AHRI Webinars are recorded and made available to AHRI members after the webinar.

Paid AHRI Webinars: Change of mind cancellations prior to a paid AHRI Webinar may incur an administration fee. There are no refunds for change of mind cancellations after payment is made. If your cancellation is in relation to illness, covid-19 symptoms, close proximity, isolation/quarantine or you recently attended an exposure site, and payment has been made, a credit will be provided for a future AHRI course/event. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify registrants of a cancellation, variation, rescheduling, or postponement. We will email the address provided in your registration and place a notification on the webinar event page on our site.
Sole remedy: To the extent permitted by law, any refund or credit issued will be your sole remedy for a postponement or cancellation of an event/course, and AHRI will have no further liability to you in respect of any cancellation, variation, rescheduling or postponement for any reason. Any credits issued for postponed or cancelled events/courses that are not used within 12 months of the originally scheduled date of the postponed/cancelled course or event will be forfeited.
