Edwin has spent the last two decades exploring how people find meaning through their work. His journey has taken him across geographical boundaries — spanning the UK, Canada, Bhutan, and Australia — and across the boundaries of research, practice, and industries. 

In addition to his role as CEO of the national career and leadership development firm Trevor-Roberts, Edwin serves as Chair of the Advisory Board and Adjunct Professor at the Centre for Work, Organisation, and Wellbeing at Griffith University. He is also Co-Founder of the Gross National Happiness (GNH) Centre of Australia and a board member of the Australian Himalayan Foundation. 

Edwin is a dynamic and engaging speaker who combines insights from both his academic and professional career. With extensive experience helping leaders and executive teams across diverse industries, he equips them with the skills and capabilities to create more meaningful and fulfilling work experiences. 

Edwin holds a PhD in Career Development from the University of Queensland.
