Mark has had an eclectic, non-linear career spanning four decades, three continents, and approximately 28 jobs. As the South Australia Division President at Career Development Association Australia (CDAA), he supports over 130 members and develops CPD opportunities to ensure practitioners remain current in an ever-evolving world of work. 

Since 2015, his work with elite athletes navigating transitions, some expected some not, has reinforced the importance of holistic development and building a ‘life alongside sport.’ His six-word story, “Finding the value, articulating the benefit”, serves as his purpose statement, a notion we could all reflect on.
