Daniel (Dan) is an EMCC-accredited individual and team coach at Senior Practitioner level. He works with leaders, leadership teams, entrepreneurs and organisations to thrive and succeed through complexity and uncertainty.

Dan has a diverse background in international leadership, management, and people development, having lived and held regional (Europe and Asia) and global roles in the UK, Singapore, Thailand, Germany, and Australia. He has successfully led sales, service, and project delivery functions in the technology, logistics, construction, and large-scale industrial project sectors. 

In 2015, Dan founded a business leadership coaching practice in Australia, bringing executive coaching, leadership, and strategy development services to CEOs, senior leadership teams, middle managers, and individual specialists. Dan has also played an active role in the development of coaching and mentoring in Asia Pacific, serving as co-founder and VP Operations of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) Asia Pacific Region.
