Angela is a leadership and change expert with over 25 years of experience. She has dedicated her career to studying, practicing, and coaching leaders to achieve performance potential and resilience for themselves, their teams, and their organisations. 

Angela has led enterprise-wide, multimillion-dollar technology change projects. She has also designed and implemented leadership and change systems and frameworks for the private, public, and education sectors. Angela teaches professionals to be bold and lead change. She works with leaders to implement change in their teams and organisations in ways that sustain success and create resilience. 

Since 2023, Angela has convened the AHRI QLD HR Tech and Analytics Forum. Having spent most of her career in HR roles, she enjoys helping HR professionals find and implement technologies that streamline, simplify, and automate administrative work. This enables HR to be the strategic people experts their organisations need them to be.
