The Future of HR Work: AI, Operating Models and Capability
November 13 @ 12:00 PM - 1:10 PM AEDT
Free - $20.00NSW Talent Management Network
AI is reshaping how HR work is delivered from team structures and operating models to the capabilities required of HR professionals and leaders.
Join us for a cross-sector panel discussion exploring how organisations are navigating their AI journey within HR, what is changing in the way work is structured and delivered, and the capabilities needed to operate effectively in an AI enabled environment.
Drawing on experience across Manufacturing, Health and Social Services, two of our panellists will share practical perspectives from their own organisations and sectors along with a third panellist sharing insights and emerging trends seen across sectors, organisations and nationally. The discussion will explore where experiences are similar, where they differ, and how organisational context influences the pace, priorities and challenges of AI adoption.
What You Will Learn
The panel will explore
-
AI journeys: How AI adoption within HR is progressing across different sectors and organisational contexts.
-
Operating models: How AI is influencing HR team structures, roles, service delivery and ways of working.
-
Capability: The skills and capabilities HR professionals and leaders will need as AI becomes more embedded in the workplace.
-
Governance and Risk: Practical approaches to responsible AI adoption, including governance, risk and appropriate controls.
-
Practical application: How to consider your organisation’s own AI journey in the context of broader cross-industry experience.
Why Attend?
AI adoption is not simply a technology question for HR. It is increasingly a question of how work is designed, how teams operate, what capabilities are required and how organisations manage risk and governance.
This session provides an opportunity to learn directly from experienced HR and organisational leaders working through these issues in different sectors. You will gain practical perspectives to help you assess where your organisation is on its AI journey and consider the implications for your HR operating model, workforce capability and ways of working.
Join us to hear what other organisations are learning and consider what it means for the future of HR work in your organisation.
