Certification Assessment Process
Becoming Certified involves a series of assessment stages, each of which must be completed to inform Certification endorsement.

Questions – Answer a series of multiple-choice questions across the capabilities, skill and knowledge areas within the Australian HR Capability Framework.

Scenarios – Prepare a comprehensive response to hypothetical scenarios provided to you by AHRI, to demonstrate your capability in addressing complex business and HR situations.

Professional discussion – Attend a professional discussion with a CPHR assessor to discuss your HR experience and evaluate your capability across the Australian HR Capability Framework (AHRCF).
National Certification Council Endorsement
The AHRI assessor will make a recommendation to the National Certification Council (NCC). The NCC review all certification recommendations and endorse successful HR practitioners as AHRI Certified Practitioners (CPHR).

Participants must commence Stage 1 (MCQ) within 3 weeks of access being granted.

Participants will then have 3 weeks to respond to Stage 2 (Case Study Response)
