Elevate Your HR Career with AHRI Certification
Be globally recognised as a qualified HR practitioner with AHRI Certification, signifying your commitment to best practices in HR and showcasing your advanced capability. By attaining AHRI Certification, you join a network of accomplished HR practitioners who are shaping a future that benefits people, workplaces and organisations.

Certification Assessment Process

Becoming Certified involves a series of assessment stages, each of which must be completed to inform Certification endorsement.

  1. Questions – Answer a series of multiple-choice questions across the capabilities, skill and knowledge areas within the Australian HR Capability Framework.

  2. Scenarios – Prepare a comprehensive response to hypothetical scenarios provided to you by AHRI, to demonstrate your capability in addressing complex business and HR situations.

  3. Professional discussion – Attend a professional discussion with a CPHR assessor to discuss your HR experience and evaluate your capability across the Australian HR Capability Framework (AHRCF).

National Certification Council Endorsement

The AHRI assessor will make a recommendation to the National Certification Council (NCC). The NCC review all certification recommendations and endorse successful HR practitioners as AHRI Certified Practitioners (CPHR).
