Lead through the AI transition. The strategic role of change management

November 17 @ 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM AEDT

Free - $20.00

ACT State Council

AI is no longer just a suite of tools we use to automate repetitive tasks; AI is becoming our newest colleague.

As AI integrates into daily work, our biggest challenge is no longer the technology itself. It is the human. Adapting our workflows, addressing natural hesitation, and learning how to work alongside AI are cultural adjustments that require thoughtful, deliberate change management.

Crucially, successful adoption means striking the right balance, weighing the productivity gains of AI against the vital need for safe, ethical, and responsible public-sector governance.

At the same time, many people already use AI at home and they expect that same simple, empowering experience at work. By tapping into this organic enthusiasm while embedding sound safety guardrails, agencies can drive positive, well-managed change from the ground up.

This session looks beyond the technology to focus on the human skills needed to guide our teams through this shift. We can lead in a way that means the ‘the Human is not in the Loop, the Human is the Loop.’

Whether you are cautious about AI’s risks or already using it daily, this event will highlight the importance of supporting your people into the future of work.

HR professionals at all levels will benefit from attending this forum, particularly CPOs, Directors and senior leaders seeking to support their people, lead cultural change and influence responsible AI adoption across their organisations.

He believes AI will be pivotal in enhancing Australian productivity and capability in the coming years.
