AHRI LinkedIN group Terms of Use

By joining an AHRI LinkedIN group you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which are intended to make posting an easy and pleasant experience for all group members.

Discussion topics

Discussion items should be related to HR and people management and encourage discussion amongst group members.  Please refrain from posting generic comments, greetings, jobs, promotions or questions unrelated to the field. Also ensure that discussions are contained within LinkedIN or AHRI's other social media platforms.

Privacy

AHRI does not share personal information you publish on LinkedIN with third-parties. AHRI is not responsible for the republishing of the content found on your LinkedIN profile on other Web sites or media without permission.

Responsible discussion

AHRI reserves the right to edit or delete without notice any comments submitted to any AHRI LinkedIN group without notice due which AHRI or an AHRI LinkedIN group manager considers in its or his/her sole discretion to be;

  1. spam or potential spam
  2. profanity
  3. offensive language or concepts
  4. an attack on a person individuallyor defamatory
  5. discriminatory, harassing orbullying of any person
  6. a breach of a person's privacy

Jobs

Post all HR related jobs to the 'Jobs' area rather than in 'Discussions'.

Events and Promotions

Please post any HR related events or promotions in the 'Promotions' area.  Any promotional material posted under 'Discussions' will be moved to the 'Promotions' area.  Unrelated posts will be removed.

Professionalism

Discussions should be professional and courteous. Please use your best judgment when posting comments so that you do not post anything that is in contravention of these rules. You should not communicate information that is commercially sensitive or otherwise inappropriate for a discussion forum. You must ensure that the content of your discussions does not include another person's personal information without their consent. If you see an inappropriate comment or post please flag it and the group manager will review and remove if necessary.

HR professionals may also be interested in joining one of AHRI's subgroups which provides opportunities for HR and people management professionals to network and discuss specific HR topics and developments. To access this page click on the 'Subgroup' tab on the AHRI group page.
