A seasoned member of AHRI, including a long term committee member of the IR/ER AHRI Network, Susan’s growth to President is reflective of her ability as a commercially focused HR professional, known for her straight talking but practical approach to both strategic and operational HR practice.
Susan’s extensive understanding of employment law and business best practice, in addition to her background in psychology and a master’s degree in human resource management, enable her to continually deliver outstanding results. With a strong focus on practical, honest advice, Susan has an innate ability to find people orientated opportunities, solutions and innovative best practice to share with her network, AHRI community and clients.
