Tani Jacobi CPHR (She/Her) is an established People leader and practitioner with 20 years of expertise in HR and Capability. Having worked across global markets including Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the UK, South Africa and the USA, Tani is sought after for her engaging facilitation style, blending storytelling, experiential learning, and psychological safety to drive meaningful change.
Currently acting as the General Manager of HR Standards & Capability at the Australian HR Institute, Tani has notably led the redevelopment of the Australian HR Capability Framework and redevelopment of the AHRI Certification offering.
Passionate about aligning people strategies with organisational goals, Tani is dedicated to fostering development, wellbeing, performance and inclusion in every role she undertakes.
