Terms and conditions

  • AHRI member registration: AHRI member registration rates are not transferable to non-AHRI members. By selecting a member registration rate, it is agreed that the registrant is a current financial member of AHRI and that the registration is made in the AHRI member's name.
  • Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be received in writing. A $100 administration fee will apply for cancellations made before the registration closing date. No refunds will be given after the registration closing date.
  • Event capacity: Places are limited and will be allocated on a strictly 'first in' payment basis. In the event that no space is available, you will be notified immediately. If you do not receive a confirmation email within three days, please call AHRI on 03 9918 9243 to confirm that your registration has been received.
  • Group discounts: groups of 3 or more receive a discounted flat rate. To be eligible for the group rate registrations must be made in the same transaction.
  • Invoices: A completed copy of the registration form becomes a tax invoice in compliance with ATO requirements. This can be used to make payment by Electronic Funds Transfer.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): If paying via EFT, a completed copy of the registration form along with a remittance advice is needed in order for the registration to be processed. Payment by EFT will not be accepted after the closing date. Your registration is not confirmed until you have received a receipt and confirmation email.
  • Privacy Notice: AHRI is concerned with the protection of your privacy. We support the privacy principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as amended. AHRI collects and stores your personal information for the purposes of providing membership services, education and training programs. Your information may be used for the following purposes: Communication from AHRI: AHRI may contact you to promote products and services in the form of email communications and/or other types of communication. Email reception@ahri.com.au if you would prefer not to receive communications from AHRI. For the purposes of the event: AHRI will share your details with parties directly related to the conference including the conference managers, venues and accommodation providers (if applicable). Communication from 3rd parties: sponsors and exhibitors may also be provided with delegate details. If you do not give consent for AHRI to share your details with sponsors and exhibitors, please email registrations@ahri.com.au to opt out.   • Program: The program is confirmed at the date of publication. AHRI reserves the right to make changes to the program as circumstances dictate. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard
  • Registration Payment: Registrations received after the closing date may incur a late fee. Payment in full is required by the event date.
  • Sharing registrations: A registration is for one individual to attend the full event. One registration may not be utilised by several individuals. Group registration discounts are available for this purpose.
  • Special Dietary/Physical Requirements: Will not be catered for unless requested before the event registration closing date. Please note your requirements (where indicated) on your online registration or form.
