Sophie Sanderson is a Principal Organisational Development Consultant at the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development. With two decades of OD and HR experience under her belt, as well as a variety of oddball jobs like a summer in Canada spent mixing concrete, Sophie is a shining example of the transformative power of continuing education.  

Sophie is an accomplished facilitator across all the usual OD and HR focus areas. But her current passion is psychological safety. She is accredited in the use of a psychometric tool that allows her to debrief individuals and intact teams on their safety triggers, and how they can use this information for better performance and improved relationships.  

Sophie is a fervent advocate for bringing neuroscience into the workplace, believing that understanding what makes us tick can revolutionise how we work together.
