An accomplished People, Culture & Safety Generalist with 20 years’ experience leading organisational transformation, establishing management frameworks and cultural optimisation.   Renay has a broad understanding across a variety of sectors having worked in leadership roles within carbon, conservation, maritime defence and IT&T.  Previous to joining Perth Racing in 2022, Renay was the Director People Culture & Safety at Greening Australia Ltd and has led the achievement of the following awards: 2023 AHRI Award “Finalist”, 2021 Woodside Inaugural CEO HSE Recognition Award, 2019 NSCA Foundation/GIO Workers Compensation National Safety Awards of Excellence “Winner”, 2018 NSCA Foundation/GIO Workers Compensation National Safety Awards of Excellence “Highly Commended” and 2018 AIM WA Pinnacle Awards “Finalist“.
