Julie is an HR professional with over 12 years’ experience within generalist HR, specialising in employee relations. Currently employed with RAC WA as the People Partner – Advisory Lead, Julie offers diverse industry experience across the not-for-profit, professional services, insurance and hospitality sectors.  

She is passionate about sharing her insights and knowledge to empower HR professionals to navigate the challenges of the modern workforce, and has spent the last 4 years on the AHRI WA State Council.  

Julie is a certified HR professional with AHRI and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Curtin University.
