Jessica Price is the Director and Principal of JP Employee Relations. She is an experienced employee relations professional who has worked with employers from a broad range of industries and sizes for the last 20 years.  

Having started her career before the introduction of the long “dead, buried and cremated” WorkChoices legislation, Jessica had the unique opportunity to work in specialist ER roles during times of significant legislative change. She grew up learning to interpret and navigate complex legislation and regulations, and then spent the last 15 years applying this knowledge, both as a consultant and in-house, with a particular focus on practical and human-focused outcomes.
