Isabeau has over 25 years of executive experience in both the private and public sectors, holding key positions in multinational companies across banking, telecoms, manufacturing, and transport. She excels in leading teams, driving cultural and organisational transformations, and embedding technology for a future-ready workforce. Known for her strategic vision and gentle yet influential approach, she has significantly contributed to high-performing, values-driven organisations.

At the Department of Transport (DoT), Isabeau has shaped the organisation’s culture and performance. Under her leadership, DoT became a Disability Confident Recruiter and was recognised as an Inclusive Organisation by the Diversity Council Australia, in 2024. In 2023, she was nominated for the HR Management Practitioner of the Year award at the IPAA Achievement Awards. She is an international keynote speaker and is recognised as a creative change-maker featuring in the Public Sector Network’s 2022 Global Government Innovators. As Executive Director for People and Culture, Isabeau is dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging, enabling employees to perform at their best, and ensuring their actions positively impact the community.
