Francesca Stewart MAHRI, is an astute senior leader and diversity champion with extensive experience in organisational development and human resources, currently engaged in a strategic leadership role at Government Trading Enterprise, The Perth Mint. 
 
A dedicated board member with high governance standards, Francesca has served as Gender Equality Convenor for the United Nations Association of Australia WA since 2022, bringing together diplomats, government, academia, and industry to engage in strategic discussions to advance gender equality in WA.  
 
A graduate of The University of Western Australia, Francesca holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Certificate in Business Psychology. Francesca is an alumna of the Oxford University Women’s Leadership Program, a Member of the Australian Institute of Management and a Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
