Dr Joanne Gladding is a Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp, partnering with enterprise customers across APAC to optimise organisations’ employee experience strategies to achieve their people and business objectives. 
 
Joanne joined Culture Amp in September 2024 and brings with her a wealth of experience in behaviour changes and telling stories with data. Over her career, she has led research into the core principles of decision-making, delivered large scale behaviour change & coaching programs, and facilitated small group learning experiences. 
 
Joanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Honours) from the University of Western Australia and a PhD in Behavioural Psychology from the University of New South Wales.
