Dr Darja Kragt is a leadership researcher, educator, and consultant with a passion for helping leaders and organisations thrive in complex environments. With extensive experience in leadership development, systems thinking, and organisational psychology, Darja brings a unique blend of academic insight and practical expertise. She has worked with leading organisations across sectors, supporting them to build leadership capability, navigate cultural change, and foster psychologically safe workplaces. 

Darja is a Lecturer at the UWA School of Psychological Science and Founder of The Leading Lab, a leadership consultancy focused on evidence-based solutions.
