Conrad’s economic practice focuses on the labour market, employment and workplace issues. He has a particular interest in demographics and industry composition. During his Master’s, he undertook an economic analysis of flexible working. This was published nationally and internationally.  

Alongside his economics work, Conrad’s principal role is as the head of a non-profit working on access to justice issues. He is currently a board member of three organisations across education, health and community services.
