Bronwyn Baker leads the People and Culture function for Austal Ships with a passion for bringing a science-based approach to creating a work environment in which employees and teams can grow and thrive.  

Bronwyn is a future-focused executive with more than 20 years’ experience in leadership roles within complex organisations and has deep expertise in people and culture, organisation design, business strategy and culture transformation. Bronwyn’s work and board experience has been within a range of industries including mining, engineering, construction, superannuation; banking; education; and community service. 

Bronwyn’s tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics; Master of Industrial Relations; and an MBA. She is also a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of Leadership WA.
