Beth Robinson is a Partner, located in our office in Perth, Western Australia. 

Beth is a powerhouse in employment, workplace relations and workplace health and safety law, from day-to-day advice through to litigation. She’s highly skilled in responding to collective workplace issues including development of enterprise agreements, enterprise bargaining and industrial relations strategy, and workplace planning. Beth is experienced in developing workplace policies and procedures, conducting payroll compliance audits, and managing individual workplace issues, including performance management and termination of employment. 

Beth’s ability to seamlessly guide clients through all aspects of incident response including regulator, workforce and stakeholder management, as well as internal and external communications, coupled with her extensive experience in handling critical and complex incidents, instils strong confidence in her clients.
