Belinda Riley (she/her) specialises in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) consulting, with a focus on breaking down the systemic barriers and inequality that currently exist in the workplace, to create cultures of inclusion, belonging and equality.  Her background is in professional and financial services; formally the Culture and Equality lead for EY EMEIA across their Strategy and Transactions Businesswhere she was described as creating a movement of cultural change. Belinda is on a mission to go beyond the barriers of inequality, to ensure that the working world is fair and equitable for everyone. Through building awareness and understanding of how inequality works, Belinda partners with individuals and businesses to strengthen confidence and capability around DEI,  to achieve meaningful and sustainable change whilst also achieving growth and profitability
