Ashleigh Freeman brings over 14 years of expertise in generalist IR and specialist HR roles within the resources and construction sector. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce in HR and Psychology, alongside a Masters of Employment Relations from Griffith University, she is a certified as a Level 2 Organisational Coach by the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.  

Recognised as the NAWIC Business & Leadership Award winner in 2022 and finalist for AHRI HR Professional of the Year in 2023, she actively mentors and participates as an industry event panellist. As Head of People Services at DT Infrastructure, Ashleigh oversees comprehensive HR processes, leveraging digital tools and data insights for operational efficiency.
