Amy Tian is a Professor of Management at the School of Management and Marketing, Faculty of Business Law, Curtin University. She is an internationally recognised scholar and educator in leadership, human resources management (HRM), and multicultural workforces. With experience in both private and public sectors across Australia, the UK, and China, she brings a global perspective to her work. Additionally, she has served as a visiting scholar at universities in China, Germany, the UK, and the US.
