Alex is currently the Government’s chief industrial relations officer, overseeing workforce issues across over 100 employers and 170,000 public sector workers. He was previously the Managing Director of Capability and Performance at the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development and worked on the WA Government’s Service Priority Review.  He has also been a strategic policy adviser, minimum wage advocate, and negotiator.
