Terri is an Associate Professor in Management and the Founder of Mischief Business Engineering and For Fake Sake. Org. She has a diverse international career, holding leadership roles at Anglia Ruskin University and the University of Nottingham. Prior to academia, she worked in human resources and strategy, and has consulted extensively with government agencies, SMEs, and large companies.  

Known for her expertise in the impostor phenomenon, Terri has delivered professional development programs for organisations like NHS and Cambridge University. Recognised as one of the 50 most influential women in the data economy, she has won multiple awards for her contributions to inclusion and diversity.  

Currently, Terri serves as the Non-Executive Board member for the social enterprise, Hamlet.
