Sean is one of Australia’s leading experts on the future of work. He focuses on how technology transforms work, and how to accelerate human capability to drive value creation for organisations. Sean centres on the impact of generative AI on work, engaging with leaders across Australia on the strategic implications and practical applications of GenAI. 

He supports HR leaders on how to integrate GenAI into their workforces and how they can lead the lead the uptake of GenAI across their organisation. Through AHRI, Sean offers the short course Navigating the future of HR: GenAI essential and has led Australian research on Generative AI at work: Empowering employee mental wellbeing. 

Sean led the Centre for the New Workforce at Swinburne University for six years and has been immersed in the future of work for more than a decade.
