Natalie has an extensive career spanning the not-for-profit sector, SA state government, employee advocacy, and workers’ compensation, with expertise in people, culture, and quality management. She brings a comprehensive skill set to her roles being well-versed in industrial relations, work health and safety, organisational development, workforce strategy, governance, performance, and change management.  

Natalie is a qualified lawyer, a graduate of AICD and is certified in ProSci change management. Her strong commitment to community and social justice fuels her passion for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, both within organisations and the broader community. She thrives in environments that align with her values and is dedicated to making a positive impact wherever she contributes.
