Luke is one of Sparke Helmore’s most experienced Partners in our National Workplace Team. He advises CEO’s, senior WHS and HR professionals across all sectors on WHS, employment and industrial relations and has a broad perspective on the workplace issues that impact employers.  

Luke has acted in numerous serious WHS incidents, including fatalities, and works closely with clients to ensure a coordinated incident response while minimising the likelihood of adverse findings.

He has recently been named Lawyer of the Year in Occupational Health and Safety Law 2025 by AFR’s Best Lawyers in Australia and Pre-eminent Employment Lawyer and Work Health & Safety Lawyer in Doyle’s Guide 2024.
