As Head of Resourcing and Early Careers at BAE Systems Australia, Georgette Elston is responsible for workforce planning, adult pathway and early career programs. Georgette delivers skills initiatives across the education pipeline working closely with governments and the education and training sector. She is also a member of Defence Industry Pathways Program Steering Committee (WA), Defence and Space Technologies Industry Skills Council (SA) and SACE Board.
