Bridget is a partner in the Employment and Safety Team at Thomson Geer, assisting clients in relation to employment, workers compensation and work health and safety law. She has significant experience advising on modern Awards and enterprise agreements and drafting contracts and policies.

Bridget represents clients in a range of industrial and employment disputes. She also assists with internal workplace disputes and investigations including, providing advice on strategies for achieving resolutions.   

Bridget acts for both self-insured and registered employers in workers compensation matters in all Australian jurisdictions.

She also provides advice on work health and safety matters and advised Safework Australia on the drafting of the model work health and safety regulations.

Bridget aims to provide her clients with advice and assistance that not only achieves legal compliance but also strategically improves their business and workplace culture. Bridget is an AHRI member and has an interest in the human side of employment law, recognising that a large part of minimising employment legal risk is people management.
