Peggy Vosloo is the Client Advisory Director of Parents At Work, a leading provider of work-life wellbeing solutions helping employees balance work and family responsibilities. In 2021, Parents At Work and UNICEF Australia partnered to develop the National Work + Family Standards and the Family Inclusive Workplace certification program. Peggy recently led the development and implementation of the 3-year strategic plan for the certification program, including managing the update of the National Work & Family Standards. 

She currently focuses on providing guidance to employers in all sectors to meet their HR, DEI, and social impact objectives. By building inclusive leadership capability and embedding family-friendly policies and practices, she assists organisations in creating supportive environments that cater to the diverse needs of employees at every life stage. She supports HR & Marketing/Communication teams crafting compelling employee value propositions and enhancing employer brand to foster environments where talent and organisations thrive. 

With over two decades of experience in HR/DEI, talent acquisition, and social responsibility across private and public sectors, Peggy brings her expertise from global listed companies and the Australian federal Workplace Gender Equality Agency to create sustainable cultural and structural change.
