Sarah has extensive exeperience in Human Resources and Organisational Development. Over the last 30 years she has helped individuals and teams achieve their full potential. She believes the Human Resources profession are at the centre of organisations and support leaders to engage and develop their teams. 

Originally from England, Sarah worked and lived in the Middle East, Asia and now in Australia. Working across a number of HR areas in her career including generalist roles, international assignments and law.
