Caroline Le Grand worked in Canada and France in HR and change management. She built her experience in several industries such as telecom, medical device, consultancy and fashion. Caroline always worked in international contexts and in the past 10 years she worked more specifically on the implementation of global HRIS systems where she was alternatively project manager for Southern Europe and then Global Change Management Lead for the implementation of HRIS recently deployed in 36 countries. She is very interested in teams development, learning organization, and always trying to make teams grow through experience.
