Ros is a highly experienced executive with over 20 years in people management and sustainability. Prior to joining Penten, she held key roles at Domain as the Chief People & Sustainability Officer and was a Trustee of the Fairfax Foundation.  

Earlier in her career, she held a variety of senior human resources positions at Fairfax Media, including supporting the Metro Publishing division and was the HR/Change Lead for the Fairfax of the Future transformation program. Ros also volunteered in Samoa through the Australian Youth Ambassadors for Development scheme while working at CSIRO. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an honours degree in Commerce (Employment Relations) from the university of Western Sydney. Beyond her professional purists, Ros has a passion for global travel.
