He is known for his advocacy in advancing workplace practices and social justice. His philanthropic efforts include significant work with The Bobby Goldsmith Foundation and the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).
Passionate about improving Australian workplaces, Mathew aims to create safe, inclusive, and productive environments, impacting one workplace at a time. He currently holds several key positions, including Executive General Manager of People & Culture at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, Chair and President at the Bobby Goldsmith Foundation, Founder of HR Expert Australia, and member of several advisory panels and committees related to diversity and industrial relations.
