He is currently the Company Director at ASEP & Gibbs Pty Ltd, and formally the Executive of People Analytics at National Australia Bank, Head of Workforce Analytics at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and Director of Organisation & People Analytics at GlaxoSmithKline.
