Alistair leads Odgers Berndtson’s Human Resources Practice in Australia and New Zealand, with responsibility for Chief Human Resources Officer and other Senior People and Culture leadership appointments for clients across all industry sectors. Alistair is also a Principal in the firm’s Consumer, Education and Professional Services practices.

Alistair prioritises DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) in leadership by actively promoting diverse perspectives for organisational success. He advocates for the LGBTQIA+ community within and beyond the firm.

Previously, Alistair managed the Sydney office for a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm, focusing on CEO and Board Advisory Practice. Alistair has worked with board leadership advisory, CEOs and senior HR executives. He holds degrees in Classics and Law from the University of Melbourne, along with master’s and doctoral degrees from the University of Oxford.
