Emily Elliott is an experienced Human Resource Strategist having worked in both the Public and Private Sector. At present she is the Talent and Workforce Strategy Director at Aspen Medical. Emily’s recent experience has focused on the development of a compelling EVP for Aspen Medical to attract and retain talent at Aspen Medical.
Emily is an experienced HR practitioner who has delivered Strategic Workforce Plans, facilitated Leadership Development, Designed Performance Management systems and develop HR Operating Models. She is passionate about employee experience and engagement to enable people to reach their full potential and bring their best work.
Emily has a Masters of Human Resources Management from Deakin University.
