Chelsea Shaw CPHR
Chelsea Shaw is an experienced HR professional having worked for over seven years in strategic human resources roles, both in house and as a management consultant.
Chelsea is QBE Insurances’ Global Employee Experience Lead, where she leads the design and delivery of the moments that matter across the talent lifecycle, including the recent development of QBEs Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Prior to joining QBE in 2022, Chelsea held several positions at PwC where she was responsible for the delivery of the EVP and learning academy, and supported clients with strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, HR operating model and people strategy projects.
In addition to Chelsea’s career achievements, she prides herself on continuing her education with several HR qualifications including a Masters in Human Resources and Employment Relations and is an AHRI certified practitioner.
