Sally Woolford is Director of Diversify Consulting, a highly experienced professional with over 19 years of her career in helping organisations manage significant change projects and creating inclusive cultures. With a passion for promoting diversity and fostering positive change, Sally is dedicated to driving impact.

Her career achievements include being a senior manager leading cultural reform in SA Police to enhance the organisational culture to being one of safety and respect. Sally was recognised for that work winning the South Australian Women in Innovation Award for Innovation and Intrapreneurship in Government in 2019.

Sally has lead the design, consultation, and delivery of the first South Australian Public Sector Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and Action Plan, designed and implemented new respect at work policies and practices, delivered training programs with impact and initiatives that matter.

Unafraid to challenge and change inequality, exclusion and disrespect, Sally puts humans at the heart of her work.
