Cate has demonstrated the critical role human resource specialists play in guiding leaders through significant culture transformation to achieve high performance. She designed and delivered integrated strategies and initiatives for high-profile organisations, including the Reserve Bank of Australia, MyState Limited and the Museum of Old and New Art. Success came from identifying capability gaps, developing leaders to skillfully drive complex change and lifting employee engagement.
