Adam Shapley is a 20+ year veteran of the recruitment industry. As Managing Director Adam oversees Hays’ operations across the Technology sector in Australia and New Zealand. As a member of the ANZ Executive Leadership Team, he also shares responsibility for setting the strategic direction for the growth of the Australasian business.

Adam is passionate about supporting diversity in the workplace and is the ANZ DE&I Chair for Hays, having been part of the Champions for Change community in New Zealand. Adam has recently returned to Australia from New Zealand, where he spent the last 5 years running Hays’ New Zealand operations.
